Kelmakey is a voice keyboard we're building. Right now there is only this website and a waiting list. This page says what we collect today, and what we'll tell you before the app launches.

Who we are

Kelmakey is made by SMBDM Technology LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We decide what happens to the information on this page. Questions: privacy@kelmakey.com

What we collect when you join the waiting list

• Your email address or your WhatsApp number (you choose one).
• The role you pick from our list (for example, “I run a business”).
• The language of the page you used.
• The date and time you signed up.

That's all. We don't ask for your name, your company or any recording.

Why we collect it

• To tell you when Kelmakey is ready to try, and to send a few short updates before that.
• To understand who wants it, so we invite the right people to the beta first.

We don't sell your details, and we don't use them for advertising.

Who else handles it

• Our hosting provider stores the waiting list for us: Amazon Web Services
• If you gave us an email, our email service sends the updates: Loops
• If you gave us a WhatsApp number, we message you on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta

They handle the data only to provide that service to us.

How long we keep it

Until you leave the list, or until we launch and you choose not to continue, whichever comes first.

Your choices

• Leave the list: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
• See, correct or delete your details: write to privacy@kelmakey.com and we'll do it.

Cookies

This site doesn't use advertising cookies.

When the app launches

Kelmakey turns your voice into text, so it will handle audio. Before the app is in your hands, we'll publish the full app privacy policy, covering at least:

• whether your audio is processed by a cloud service or on your phone, and which you're using at the moment you talk;
• which cloud services process audio, if any, and where;
• whether audio or text is kept, and for how long;
• where your personal dictionary is stored;
• that we don't use your voice or text for advertising.

Children

Kelmakey isn't for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their details.

Changes

If we change this page in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and, if you're on the list, tell you.
